Dr. Natalie Jones, DHA, MBA, BSN, RN, CNOR
President and Founder
Dr. Jones has over 30+ years of experience in the health care industry. As the President and Founder of NBJ Healthcare Consulting and Management Company, she believes that the heart of healthcare is service to others. She began her career in nursing as a medical-surgical nurse and later transitioned into the operating room where she held several positions, some of which include; circulating and scrub nurse, endoscopy nurse, educator, pre-op and post-operative nurse, charge nurse, manager and Administrative Director. Dr. Jones also served as a Cardiovascular Service Line Administrator for a large health care system with oversight for clinical departments at multiple sites, which included; Cardiac Catheterization Labs, Cardiac Diagnostic units and clinical nursing departments. Her career in health care has also included working in Human Resources as a Nurse Recruiter. In addition to her commitment and dedication to health care organizations, she also serves as a Board Member for several community based and professsional organizations. Dr. Jones is a transformational leader with a passion for delivering positive results and enhancing the quality of services provided to patients. In 2017-2018, Dr. Natalie Jones was instrumental in helping to activate Perioperative and OB/GYN services for a newly constructed hospital in the Middle East (Doha, Qatar).
